Return Eligibility & Windows

  • 30-Day Window: You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Product Page Exceptions: Please check the specific product display page when ordering. Certain items (such as custom-printed merchandise, clearance items, etc) may have altered return parameters or be marked as final sale.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Refund Amount: Approved returns will be refunded for the cost of the goods only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The cost and responsibility of shipping the item back to the BMW MOA gear warehouse belongs entirely to the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Initiate Your Return

Please do not ship items back to the MOA without completing the following steps first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

  1. Request an RA Number: To begin the process, please email the BMW MOA gear team through the contact page.

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your original order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

  3. Receive Your Authorization: Our team will review your request and reply with a unique Return Authorization (RA) Number and the correct return shipping address.

  4. Ship Your Item: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the shipping box and return your package to us. Once received and inspected by our warehouse staff, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
